What are the Symptoms of Anxiety?

Symptoms of anxiety include: constant worrying thoughts,  anticipating disastrous situations,  restlessness,  sleep problems,  changes in appetite,  difficulty in concentrating,  neck tension,  stomach upsets,  headaches,  fear of impending doom,  panic attacks with palpitations,  nausea,  shortness of breath, and dizziness.  Anxiety is  linked to Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
